About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for managing project authorization, contracts, and PO processing for vendors engaged on various projects.

Daily Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include change order management, meeting coordination, administration of project observation reports, project financials, and transition of close-out documentation to operations. You will also lead vendor onboarding and set up, facilitate weekly project reporting, ensure accurate payment to vendors and contractors, review budgets, and lead change order requests.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in assisting or coordinating construction projects of growing complexity. Data center experience is preferred, as well as experience in CSA and MEP construction management.

Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. You will also be eligible for company benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, and participation in a 401k program with company match.
