Branch Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Services Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the area operations team, including general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
- Construct and complete documents for area managers and field supervisors.
- Purchase order creation and vendor invoicing.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve issues with vendors, and ensure timely payment.
- Assist with onboarding processes, data entry, and employee time entry.
- Purchase supplies, manage P-cards, and ensure accurate payment to owner operators.
- Communicate with field admin, area managers, and the billing group to improve data entry and owner operator payment processes.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Team player with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
