Job Summary:
  We are seeking an Industrial Services Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the area operations team, including general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
  • Construct and complete documents for area managers and field supervisors.
  • Purchase order creation and vendor invoicing.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, resolve issues with vendors, and ensure timely payment.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, data entry, and employee time entry.
  • Purchase supplies, manage P-cards, and ensure accurate payment to owner operators.
  • Communicate with field admin, area managers, and the billing group to improve data entry and owner operator payment processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Team player with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
