Job Responsibilities

  • Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels
  • Installation of in-ground conduits

  • Installation of wiring, including NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systems
  • Installation of low-voltage systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
  • Reading complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Operating a variety of equipment, including hand tools and diagnostic hardware
  • Operating measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments
  • Installation or repair of electrical connections to HVAC components

Requirements

  • Oregon Journeyman's License
