Alarm Service & Install Technician

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Service & Install Technician to join our esteemed service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems and low voltage electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service alarm systems in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair alarm systems and associated equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment used.
  • Stay updated on NFPA standards, including 70 and 72, as well as local authority requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role involving electrical systems and installations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required certifications/licensure: EL-O6, NICET II.
  • Familiarity with EST alarm panel programming is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Windows, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and mobile operating systems (Apple iOS and Android).
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
