Job Title: Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and addressing their needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our medical devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Knowledge of medical devices and their applications, as well as industry trends and developments
