About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients achieve their communication goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using evidence-based practices and the latest research in speech-language pathology.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in speech-language pathology and incorporate best practices into your work.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Required Valid Texas License or temporary license.
  • 1 year licensed SLP experience.
