Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for diagnosing and resolving issues that impact the security posture of our environment.
- Work collaboratively with our global team to prevent intrusions and protect client data.
- Leverage your knowledge of security standards like PCI, SOC2, and FedRAMP to maintain compliance and ensure the security of our systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of security processes, policies, and procedures for internal and audit use.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information security, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) years' help desk, application support, IT support, or systems administration experience.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or other relevant industry certification.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Flexibility and ability to be resourceful and manage changing priorities.
- One plus (1+) years of experience working with security solutions and technologies.
- One plus (1+) years of experience working with information/endpoint/network security.
- One plus (1+) years of experience conducting vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, or computer Forensics.
- Solid understanding of information security methodology.
- Working knowledge of analyzing, responding, and remediating network intrusions, web app, and server attacks.
