At Fessler & Bowman Inc., we are seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Foreman to lead our construction team and ensure the successful completion of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of deep excavation at utility construction sites, water, storm, and sanitary sewer pipe, as well as dewatering, bypass pumping, wet utilities, heavy equipment, line alignment, leak testing, and knowledge of local specifications, materials, and methods.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in civil foreman roles, with a valid driver's license and OSHA 30 certification. You will be responsible for leading crews of 6+ people, ensuring project safety, and completing job site safety inspections. Additionally, you will validate accurate take-off quantities, review and shoot grades, and complete 3-week look aheads.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company contributions, paid holidays, and paid time off.

  • Leading training sessions and mentoring junior staff members
