Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect printed circuit boards for quality and accuracy
  • Perform rework and repair of defective boards
  • Use specialized equipment, such as soldering irons and hot air pencils, to repair boards
  • Keep accurate records of inspections and repairs in Aegis system
  • Communicate with production staff and supervisors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Participate in performance feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or quality control preferred
  • Ability to read and follow production processes and quality procedures
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use AOI software
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, mist, and fumes
  • May be required to lift bins of assemblies
  • Wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and ESD smock
