We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Emergency Response Operations Supervisor.
In this role, you will be essential in managing operations, leading a talented team, and ensuring the branch's success in delivering prompt and effective emergency response and restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of emergency response and restoration experts, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and dedication to our mission.
- Ensure efficient and effective project execution, consistently meeting or surpassing service standards and deadlines while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are exceeded.
- Guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and adherence.
- Implement key performance indicators and metrics to monitor and assess project performance, utilizing data-driven insights to drive enhancements.
- Represent Critical Control within the community, engaging in local events and initiatives that bolster the company's reputation and visibility.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations, spearheading initiatives to enhance project efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of pertinent regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Availability for on-call duties as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
The following physical requirements are essential for successfully performing the job's core functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Constantly operate a computer (including typing and reading).
