Position Overview

Rare Collectibles TV, LLC ("RCTV") is seeking dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our team. This role is fully remote and offers a flexible part-time schedule, specifically during weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Informing callers about the diverse range of products showcased in our media presentations.
  • Ensuring a superior customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Maintaining focus and productivity while managing varying call volumes.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and dependability in your role.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
  • The ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to adapt to changing circumstances while remaining calm and helpful.
