Pediatric Specialty Care Nurse

As a dedicated member of the University of New Mexico - Hospitals team, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in our Pediatric Specialty Care department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, working within the nursing process to ensure safe and effective care.
- Assume clinical leadership roles, providing guidance and support to other staff members.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Program Graduate
- RN licensure in New Mexico or through reciprocal agreement
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
