Job Summary

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 patient care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
