Service Manager Job Description

At Ultra Steak, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing service team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Delegate and direct front-of-house duties, monitor project progress, and manage service team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with or perform administrative duties, such as managing invoices, processing orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Service Desk Efficiency: Set up and maintain a service desk, evaluating its efficiency to ensure optimal performance.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company standards, efficiency, and productivity goals, as well as maintain knowledge of industry regulations and laws.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Training and Development: Help train new employees on company procedures.
