Job Title: Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, producing, testing, debugging, and evaluating complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies
  • Modify and improve existing designs to meet changing requirements
  • Test and debug products during development, pre-delivery integration, and acceptance
  • Conduct technical investigations and consolidate results of hardware design elements
  • Evaluate vendors, products, and services, and work closely with Azure team members, vendors, and subcontractors during the design, fabrication, and assembly phases of projects
Requirements
  • US citizenship due to the nature of the work and contract requirement
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance due to contract requirement
  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in design, testing, and validation of printed circuit boards
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using a signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, and oscilloscope to debug analog, digital, and RF circuits
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Expertise in schematic capture and layout guidance with Cadence Allegro tool set
