• Develop expertise in the Cetera Advisory platforms, including tools for proposals, trading, and performance analysis.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate coding and reconciliation across multiple vendor platforms.
• Process requests related to account trading, manager updates, and account terminations.
• Maintain precise client and account records within our systems.
• Monitor reports to oversee account setup, maintenance, and activity.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for at least 1 year.
Work Environment:
