About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our construction company.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to develop processes and procedures that achieve 100% compliant work
  • Act as an advocate for the client's construction interests, promoting quality and good corporate ethics
  • Maintain active relationships with engineers, consultants, and industry associations
  • Assist teams in developing project-specific quality management plans and ensure their implementation
  • Prepare documentation for daily field observations and worksite inspections
  • Benchmark industry best practices and implement process improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry
  • An associate or bachelor degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
