About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential properties meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with a competitive hourly wage of $23.00, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking for a flexible and rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify any issues or non-compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Analyze findings and provide expert recommendations for repairs or upgrades to ensure properties meet required safety standards.
  • Collaborate with property owners, managers, and regulatory agencies to address any violations or issues found during inspections.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting observations, deficiencies, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housing inspection, construction, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
