At Treetop ABA Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Clinic Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinic Director in managing the clinical team and ensuring effective ABA therapy delivery.
  • Help develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, or in the process of obtaining.
  • Proven experience in ABA therapy settings with a focus on leadership and support roles.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
