Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the building’s infrastructure and perform hands-on maintenance of all systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team effectively.
  • Preferred background in hotel-related engineering.
  • High level of competence in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler systems, cooling towers, elevator operations, sump pumps, and other building systems.
  • Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach to all responsibilities.
