Responsibilities- Provide individualized behavior intervention services to clients with behavioral challenges
- Assist with daily program activities, including self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and behavior interventions
- Collect and document data on client behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
- At least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
- CPI Certification preferred
