Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Interventionist to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized plans to promote independent living skills, social connections, and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily routines, including nutrition, self-care, social, and recreational activities
  • Provide emotional support and act quickly in emergency situations
  • Support clients in developing independent living skills, such as money management and personal relationships
  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • CPR/First-Aid certification
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and physically assist individuals
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive and compassionate attitude
