About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PreOp Screening Registered Nurse to join our team at Alpine Surgery Center. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth preoperative process for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough preoperative assessments of patients to identify potential risks and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with our surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a preoperative or perioperative setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
