Position Details

Experience in B2C sectors is advantageous, particularly in the service industry, ideally in residential services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems is required; a Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in an Executive IT role reporting to the CEO, CFO, or COO
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in the security industry
- Must possess experience with Salesforce and call center technologies (ideal experience includes Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud)
- Strong familiarity with diverse technology program/project methodologies, particularly Agile/SCRUM.
