About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Spotfire Developer to join our team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our Quality Control Digital Optimization Program, you will be responsible for creating innovative data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced analytics and data visualizations using Spotfire and other data science tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data processing tasks
  • Administer and maintain user access to data reporting
  • Generate strategic business insights to support business development and corporate strategy
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of reporting development experience, with a strong background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of advanced Spotfire specific development experience in a validated environment
  • Programming experience in R, SAS, or Python and SQL working with large integrated datasets
  • Familiarity with reproducibility and traceability
  • Knowledge of GxP data standards and associated requirements of working in validated environments
  • Experience working across business functions and all levels of the organization to translate user requirements into data-driven insights
