About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, direct all aspects of quality patient rehabilitation, and advocate for patients and their families. As a Physician Assistant in Rehabilitation with Avamere Communities, you will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise and direct rehab assistants and students as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program
  • Licensure to practice as a physician assistant in Oregon or Washington
  • Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation preferred
