Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40-$55 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time positions, as well as a PRN rate of $55-$60 per hour. Our benefits package includes:

About the Role

The Speech Language Pathologist provides direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
  • ASHA certified (CCCs) or eligible for a 9-month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in order to earn ASHA certification (CCCs) and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State, with the ability to maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
