Job Description

As a key member of the Store Leadership team, the Area Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This includes supervising a specific area of the store, as well as providing general supervision and support to the store team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees
  • Supervise and train retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Execute and supervise company operational processes, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and controlling inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales and operational goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
