- Mentor junior team members on architectural, engineering, and operational best practices
- Provide escalated support for business-critical issues and develop enterprise engineering standards
- Design and architect new systems and enhancements to existing infrastructure
- Contribute expertise and knowledge of enterprise IT systems and their integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies
- 7-10 years of experience with Enterprise IT, systems, networks, and system administration

- Experience with automation and scripting, including PowerShell
- Conditional access implementation and support knowledge
