Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer Manager to lead and manage a team of electrical engineers who design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for our satellite. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, leadership, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers to ensure timely project completion and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components, allocating resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical design, integration, and troubleshooting, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, implementing and enforcing quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards in all engineering activities.
  • Engage with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations, preparing and delivering technical presentations and reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs and systems in a hardware R&D lab environment, with 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in aerospace systems, or similar high reliability industry, and components is highly desirable.
