Creative Dining Services is seeking a part-time Event Staff member to join our team at The Holland Civic Center in Holland, MI. Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Service Operations: Assist in setting up and servicing food and beverage areas, including preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and dishes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other Event Staff members and management to ensure the success of events.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Basic reading and math skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to communicate and understand primary language(s) used by guests who typically visit the work location.
