Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Analyst to join our team at Special Service for Groups, Inc. (SSG). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Program Director of Housing Operations in managing our multiple building sites and offices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of building operations and maintenance, ensuring that all sites are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support the development and implementation of operations processes and schedules, including inspections and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive building project management and housing operations initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance to program personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate logistics and telecommunications setup for new staff members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Represent SSG at local planning groups, community forums, and collaboration meetings, promoting our mission and values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the achievement of our program and agency goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with racial/ethnic minority, impoverished, and underserved communities and groups.
  • Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS and other related issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Microsoft Projects.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish (speak, read, and write).
  • Experience working in a non-profit community-based organization.
  • Experience in training and development.
