Agency Owner Training Manager

Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to become an agency owner within a year. We are looking for a sales associate who will call clients, set appointments, discuss mortgage protection plans, and fill out electronic applications to prove coverage. The ideal candidate will have a deep desire to achieve greater things in their life, be ambitious, self-driven, willing to learn new skills, and have excellent work ethic and high integrity.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
Job Description:
This position involves working with qualified buyers who have a need for the product. The client pays a premium in exchange for protection. At the end of the term, if the client is still alive, they will receive all their money back. There is no cold calling involved, as only those who have requested information will be contacted. This is a unique and positive company culture where leaders lead with their heart, creating passive income for life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- General Sales or Real Estate Sales/Brokers background
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
