Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and process-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with a strong commitment to ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection duties, including data analysis to implement and maintain process improvement initiatives for the Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine audits to identify areas for enhancement and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including process maps and work instructions.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and enhance overall process performance.
- Develop and execute quality assurance protocols and inspection plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct inspections and tests on in-process products and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
