Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at VOLT Management. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing company quality standards, monitoring and reviewing policies and procedures, and training and motivating employees to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and implement company quality standards
* Monitor and review policies and procedures
* Train and motivate employees
* Achieve quality assurance operational objectives
* Meet financial objectives
* Develop quality assurance plans
* Validate quality processes
* Maintain and improve product quality

Requirements:

* Excellent data analyzing and review skills
* Ability to teach and mentor
* Office 365 professional knowledge
* PDCA approach
* Six sigma certification is a plus
* Preferable SAP knowledge

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
