About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with neurological conditions. Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Prioritizing patient and family needs, creating, implementing, and evaluating care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective problem-solving.
- Providing education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to empower them with knowledge and promote better healthcare choices.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, laws, and guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A current and valid nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation systems.
