Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

At Baylor Scott & White Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and education to our patients and families.

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs. You'll use your expertise to assess patient needs, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to prevent complications. You'll also educate patients and families on self-care techniques and provide emotional support to help them navigate their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a registered nurse
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
