Behavior Analyst Job Opportunity

Futures BTC, a member of the Sevita family, provides high-quality, individualized treatment to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related conditions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based environment. As a BCBA or LABA, you will be responsible for providing behavior-analytic services to individuals with diverse needs and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans and skill acquisition programming.
  • Design and oversee data systems to measure progress across targeted areas.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve.
  • Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
  • Provide parent training and development specific to clinical programming.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • LABA License required.
  • BCBA Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
