Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based environment. As a BCBA or LABA, you will be responsible for providing behavior-analytic services to individuals with diverse needs and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Work with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans and skill acquisition programming.
- Design and oversee data systems to measure progress across targeted areas.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve.
- Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
- Provide parent training and development specific to clinical programming.
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- LABA License required.
- BCBA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
- Full-time center-based position.
