Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement water treatment programs to optimize water quality and minimize costs.
  • Monitor and analyze water treatment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and prioritize water productivity opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement small-scale improvement projects to enhance water treatment efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, operations, or a related field, with a focus on water treatment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically (less than 50%) as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of specific water treatment program requirements and common corrosion/failure mechanisms in plant operations.
  • Experience with water purification plants, unit operations, waste heat boiler recovery systems, and direct fired boilers.
  • Process or water modeling using a commercial simulator.
