Salary

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $22.14 to $28.78 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Highlands Ranch Hospital. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the Sterile Processing Department and the Operating Room, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of surgical instrument and case needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate surgical instrument and case needs between SPD and OR
  • Communicate and assist with real-time instrument/supply needs
  • Evaluate case equipment needs and proactively communicate prioritization plans
  • Manage inventory of instrument trays and locations
  • May function as a preceptor for new sterile processing technicians

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certified as a CSPDT, CRCST, or CST
  • 1 year of relevant experience
