We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to collaborate with a pediatric office. This role involves working within the primary care setting for a minimum of two days each week, with options for day shifts and full-time hours.

Incentives include a $500 bonus upon your first client session, along with a $2,000 bonus and a $100 monthly stipend. Eligibility for these bonuses requires a commitment of at least six months with our organization.

Our approach focuses on aligning clients with practitioners who are adept in addressing their specific challenges, facilitating better outcomes for clients and greater satisfaction for our clinicians. We also provide a private practice environment while managing the administrative responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Our private practice fosters independence and autonomy while nurturing a sense of community. Additionally, our Assure Academy offers various training opportunities in different therapeutic modalities and specializations, including DBT, EMDR, and more.

Required qualifications:

  • Licensed mental health professional in the state of Ohio.
  • Willingness to work in-office.
  • Comfortable with a part-time independent contractor position.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $35 to $47, based on licensure and caseload.
  • Monthly stipends for therapists working in the primary care setting.
