About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Scheduler. This role offers a chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, greet clients, and perform front desk duties
- Act as a liaison between clients and relevant parties for billing and access to care
- Use Vital platform for sending appointment reminders and CareLogic electronic health record system to view clinician availability and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff in other areas, including attending engagement team meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information
- Ensure compliance with program, department, agency, and funder requirements

Requirements
- Prior experience in a medical reception or administrative capacity preferred
- Friendly demeanor, solid organizational skills, and strong customer service skills
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel, and proficiency in CareLogic electronic health record system
- Strong understanding of client billing and clinic operations
- Trilingual preferred (English, Spanish, and Portuguese)
Estimated Salary Range: $48,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
