Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair work on a variety of heavy equipment, including crawler and mobile excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, mini excavators, and dumpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and components on construction machinery
  • Retrofit and partial installations in connection with hydraulic systems
  • Prepare and submit detailed damage reports
Requirements
  • Successful completion of training as an agricultural/construction machinery or automotive mechanic or a comparable technical education
  • Experience in the service sector with construction machinery
  • Good knowledge of engine technology, hydraulics, and electronics
  • Proficiency in using computers for work documentation and independent parts retrieval
  • Reliable and independent work ethic
