We are looking for a committed individual to enhance our front office operations at Kikkeri International PA dba Advanced Pain Solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and assisting with appointment management and documentation
  • Greeting visitors and responding to inquiries both in person and via phone
  • Managing patient check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and payment collection
  • Occasional travel to satellite locations as needed
  • Ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and effective appointment coordination
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to uphold appointment schedules
  • Providing support to patients during urgent situations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Overseeing patient records and accounts, including verifying insurance details
  • Contributing to office operations and supporting the overall success of the team
  • Familiarity with Eclinicalworks EMR software is advantageous
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience
