POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Insight Global team by assisting in the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for various positions.

As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure effective processes for candidate sourcing, application assessment, and overall process efficiency. You will identify potential candidates through various channels, including internal and external resume databases, and utilize referrals to enhance the candidate pool. Once candidates are identified, you will reach out to them via phone or in-person to discuss the role, conduct preliminary screenings, and provide an exceptional candidate experience to facilitate their application process.

This position requires on-site presence five days a week, with standard working hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the guidance of the staffing team, you will:

  • Search for qualified candidates that align with the specified job requirements.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, including job boards and community resources.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the essential qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
  • Support the organization of hiring events and networking opportunities for potential candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and facilitate the background screening process for selected candidates.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service or recruitment support.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-touch customer service and follow-up.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in warehouse recruitment or general recruiting support.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Oracle, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through resume databases and conducting phone screenings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong internet research skills.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should be effective communicators who are comfortable engaging with candidates over the phone and possess strong technical skills.
