POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Insight Global team by assisting in the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for various positions.
As part of a collaborative group, you will focus on enhancing the processes surrounding candidate sourcing, application assessment, and expediting the hiring workflow. Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates, leveraging referrals and other sourcing methods. Once candidates are identified, you will reach out to them via phone or in-person to inform them about the opportunities, conduct preliminary screenings, and ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the application process.
This position requires onsite presence five days a week, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the guidance of the staffing team, you will:
- Search for new candidates that align with the specified job criteria.
- Assist recruiters and hiring specialists in posting job openings on various platforms, including job boards and community events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the essential qualifications.
- Conduct brief phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
- Support the organization of hiring events and candidate meet-and-greets.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and managing the background screening process for selected candidates.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service or recruitment support.
- Demonstrated experience in high-touch customer service and follow-up.
- Preference for candidates with experience in warehouse recruitment or general recruiting support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Oracle, is highly desirable.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from resume databases and conducting phone screenings is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong internet research skills.
- A sense of humor and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will be effective communicators who are comfortable engaging with candidates over the phone and possess strong technical skills.
