Job Title: Account Executive

The Account Executive is a key role at Shamrock Foods Company, responsible for driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build relationships with new customers to grow the customer base
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to increase sales and market share
  • Support customer menu engineering and food cost analysis to optimize profitability
  • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to showcase Shamrock Foods' capabilities
  • Facilitate training and education to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage accounts and collect past-due balances to optimize sales and service
  • Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2+ years' experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related field preferred
  • Previous successful sales experience a plus
  • Current driver's license
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology
  • Knowledgeable on industry trends and Microsoft Office
Physical Demands:

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
