Job Title: Account Executive IT Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Austin Lane Technologies Inc. in Denton, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, with a strong understanding of managed IT services and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and conversion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a managed services environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
