Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations of the unit.
  • Serve as a professional role model, exhibiting strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Act as a resource for staff regarding departmental records, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Assess educational needs and develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for nursing personnel.
  • Promote a supportive professional practice environment and act as a change agent within the team.
  • Ensure full-time availability and flexibility to meet the operational needs of the unit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse credentials.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

This is a full-time position with day shifts available.
