Commercial Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage roofing projects from start to finish, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation
  • Oversee all sales activities, including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts
  • Run appointments/consultations throughout the week and perform estimates and inspections
  • Order materials, complete material order sheets, and start insurance claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Track sales and projects in our CRM, AccuLynx
  • Uphold the company's core values
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial roofing sales and installation experience
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites
  • Ability and willingness to work Monday to Saturday
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area)
  • Commit 10-12 hours per day to personal success
  • Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills
  • Honesty and professionalism
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)
